I’d like to describe my expirience to help people make their choice when they are trying to hunt for some property in Florida.

When I initially get on the E-net thinking just to look up some property I was shocked with the amount of information, possibilities and unstoppable soloiciting Emails. Somehow I noticed Jodi’s Emails. They were practical, real and I felt that there is a very professional person talking to me. There was no single small question she wouldn’t answer or forget. She guided me through some small practical details like when is the best time to buy, how and where to book the hotel to be in the middle of locations I was interested in.

Then, when my wife and I came to Palm Beach and we met I was initially annoyed because whatever I saw I did not like at all.. surprisingly Jodi remain calm, not pushy, but gentle, understanding and she was able to figure out what property exactly I wanted and our work became more and more fruitfull untill we gave an offer.

Jodi was on top of every single small detail during the whole long process incuding communicating with owner, mortgage brocker, insurance agent. Every advice was professional and fruitful! Every bump on the road she was able to discuss with the appropriate person and resolve the issue. Never ever in my life have I endorsed anybody but medical students.
